1.2. This website is a general purpose site and is not targeted towards children under the age of 13. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You must be 18 years or older to order from this website. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site with the involvement of a parent or adult guardian. You must be 21 years of age or older to order a handgun, frame, receivers , pistol-grip shotgun, and/or ammunition or ammunition components.
1.3. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and own self-defense products in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Prices are listed in US currency and may be subject to change without notice.
3.3. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your payment information is securely processed through our third-party payment provider.
3.4. If an order is flagged for fraudulent activity, we may require additional verification before processing.

3.5 By placing an order, you agree that the items or services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner as intended by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age laws) in regards to possession, use and/or the sale of any product purchased on the website.

3.6 In accordance with the Federal Law, Vigilant-Vixens.com [Dream Diver LLC] cannot and will not ship any firearms to your home or work. By law, firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer of your choice. When you choose to purchase a firearm, you will be prompted to pick a FFL to have the item shipped to and you will then go there for the background check, to pick it up and complete any paperwork required for a gun purchase.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We currently ship to all 50 states. We ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.
4.2. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and legal restrictions.
4.3. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.

4.4 Firearms of any kind will not be shipped directly to you, it is your responsibility to locate the FFL dealer that you want the items to be shipped to. You will pick up the item to be transferred from that licensed dealer. Be sure you check on your local laws before ordering items. You are assuming all responsibility for the legality of a specific item when you place your order. You are responsible for complying with all firearms and other item laws in your state/area. If you are not sure if the item you want to order is permitted in you area, check with your local law enforcement agency before ordering. You must provide a valid contact phone number and email where you can be reached should we have any questions on your order. We may contact you prior to shipping your order.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Vigilant-Vixens.com [Dream Diver LLC] wants our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every effort to exchange, replace your item or provide a refund.

5.2. Due to the nature of self-defense products, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
5.3. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
5.4. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5.5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Vigilant-Vixens.com [Dream Diver LLC] is not responsible for any injury, damage, or legal consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the products offered on or through our website.
6.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We do not offer warranties beyond what is required by law.
